SHIPPING TIME:

SHIPPING TIME OCCURS AFTER PROCESSING PERIOD HAVE FINISH.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HAVE A PROCESSING SHIPPING TIME OF (6-15) BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL.
WE CANNOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO A POSTAL BOX OR A MAILING CENTER. A PHYSICAL ADDRESS IS REQUIRED.

CANCELLATIONS:

ARE ONLY ACCEPTED AFTER 24 HOUR OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. THERE IS A $25  RESTOCK FEE FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE REPLACED. WE OFFER SHIPPING OPTIONS AT CHECKOUT THAT GIVE CUSTOMERS THE OPTIONS TO ADD INSURANCE TO THEIR PACKAGE.
